You step foot onto the Serpent's Bluff for a nice summer trip, and are IMMEDIATELY bombarded with signs posted everywhere. On buildings, on palm trees, in the sand, floating in the sky (how?), even drifting in the water.

WILL PAY IN FINE SMOOTH SANDSTONE FOR SOME FINE SMOOTH SLABS

ON VACATION? WHY NOT FISH FOR SLABS (tidetouched preferred but if not stick some seaweed on 'em and that'll do just fine)!

Umm... why is everyone looking for slabs? You are just here to swim and lay in the sun.

A small message in a bottle drifts towards you. Ooh! You eagerly grab it and pull out the curled note:

HEY YOU! I'M LOOKING FOR TIDETOUCHED SLABS, DO YOU HAVE ANY?

Urrrrghh. You can't get a moment's peace! Maybe you should head towards the visitor's center to check out what's happening, or you could just continue to ignore the slowly growing crowd of guides, seekers and others all running through the beach with fishing hooks and bait. Up to you!

This event will be held on our main discord server. The Tidetouched guides and seekers are holding a contest to see who can collect/fish the strongest army of tidetouched slabs (though these little guys are usually known for their docile nature). As an outsider/non-participant, you have chosen instead to help out some locals to win! Will you be loyal to the on you choose, or will you play double agent?

There will be 2 main components of the event: Finishing prompts for one or both of our 2 NPCs in order to gain insight on the best slab-fishing lagoons, and to earn special bait and fish hook upgrades!

Every day, you will get to fish 2 times at 1 of the 3 lagoons (Tidetouched Lagoon, Oculus Lagoon, and Serpent's Lagoon), each with their unique brand of tidetouched slabs and varid treasure you can find. You are not guaranteed to fish up a slab. You my get a variety of other items and currncy instead. This will b determined by rng.

If you manage to fish a slab, you my send it to one of the NPCs to help them win the tidetouched slab fishing contest! Each slab will come with a POWER LEVEL (determined by rng, your bait, and hook). YOU MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO KEEP YOUR SLABS, and if so, they will become a design you can use and RP with as your own! However, doing so you ill sacrifice powr levels for your chosen NPC. Each slab will be on a base, but have unique designs.

In the end, the user who has given an NPC the highest combined power level will get to keep the design! If it is the same user for both, then they can choose their favorite and the runner up will win the other.

On May 19 (evening), you will see new channels in our discord, for the NPCs as well as the lagoons to fish in! New prompts and requests will drop every 2 days, for both NPCs. They will all be optional except for the very 1st one.
