Ebony comes from a wealthy family that's notorious for doing extremely shady deals. No one has the guts to go up against the Ignatius name, as those who have tried never made it out. At a young age Ebony was taught to "kill or be killed." Weakness would not be tolerated in her family, and that is exactly where Ebony failed.
Making it past her childhood with no real friends she could trust, Ebony never expected to meet a sweet and lovely guide [will design the guide later] she would soon fall in love with. Ebony knew of course that her parents wouldn't approve of her relationship with the guide, as relationships were distractions and distractions made you weak. But as all good things come to an end,  her parents found out, and Ebony never saw her again.
Ebony was furious, convinced that her girlfriend had been taken and killed by her family, in a fit of rage, she burned her childhood home, along with the Ignatius Family legacy.
Running from her problems, Ebony ended up in Serpant's Bluff, a captain of the notorious ship Celestia.
Many guides and seekers know of Ebony and her crew as a ruthless group of seekers with a thirst for treasure no one wanted to tumble with.
They say Ebony scours the sea for the one who once stole her heart in an ever-lasting attempt to be re-united with her once again.
