brother to Zeitgeist, often nicknamed to Russ; calls Zeitgeist little ghost or just ghost most of the time.
Russ is rough around the edges personality-wise, and rather reserved and standoffish. He's the grounding force for his brother, and convinces himself he doesn't need anything beyond his brother's wellness. Russ isn't adverse to asking for help entirely, but he doesn't usually recognize when he needs it. Zeit likes to say that the only offer of help Russ will accept is the kind that Russ doesn't immediately recognize as help. He isn't wholly oblivious to his emotions so much as he struggles to pinpoint what they are. Slow to trust and can be quickly defensive.
