Oh hello... umm, you're here to ask about my magic? Yeah I completed the course at the new Magical Academy in the Bluffwoods. It's a great program, I recommend it.

But how do I enroll and become an awesome wizard?

Step 1: There will be a new Magical Academy enrollment prompt coming soon! There will be a notification on discord as well as on the Academy blog (site news) when it drops. You must complete this prompt once for each character you wish to enroll. This prompt automatically grants you 3 affinity levels.

Step 2: After fully completing the prompt and having it approved, you are now free to level up your character! To do so, complete any prompt using the character you enrolled with, but adding a magical twist to it! You must depict your character using, or trying to use their magic in some way for it to work (Eg. prompt about fishing - instead of completing the prompt normally, depict your character using their newly learned magical mastery to fish). Each prompt completion this way grants you 1 Affinity level.

To achieve Apprentice Status: Achieve 3 affinity levels
To achieve Adept Status: Achieve 8 affinity levels
To achieve Master Status: Achieve 15 affinity levels

Your affinity levels will be tracked int he notes section of your character, as well as a new fancy title for every mastery status achieved!

Step 3: At every new status, you can update your character's design! To do this, click on the "update design" button on the left hand menu. You must always include a ref of your character without their magical skills activated in every ref you do. Updating a character's ref is not mandatory, but it's definitely a bonus!

Some guides and seekers have a natural affinity with certain magic types, especially seasonal ones. Tidetouched Guides and Seekers have a natural aptitude for aqua magic. Every prompt except for the enrollment prompt they complete will earn them 2x the affinity levels for Aqua Element Mastery.

"Oh umm, yeah there will be new ones every few months! These courses are all permanent, and you can complete them any time! Just make sure you complete the correct enrollment course prompt with the correct character. I hear the next one is shapeshifting, a transformation mastery. Toro is awfully excited for that one."
