Taff (or Taffy/Tafferinos/Tafferinosferon) is a grouchy, wandering merchant who works for Don Rocko. He is most often seen appearing out of nowhere, and being everywhere at the same time. He has a gruff demeanor and despite being voted the employee of the year, seems to highly dislike his job.

Oh, it’s you again. Hey, since you’re so free, can you go and drop this letter off at Gallagher’s place for me? It’s that shady back alley tailor shop with the gaudy sign saying “Dressed to Kill,” can’t miss it. Don’t bother waiting around for him though—he’s never there and wouldn’t open the door either way. He better reply though, I’m sure he owes me a favor or five.
