This month will not feature a pobble prompt, but a pobble garden ticket will be guaranteed upon completion of the monthly prompt, as well as a pebble.

Well, your pirating dreams may one day still come true! It seems to curb the disappointment of a cancelled Slabslaughter (for ethical reasons, we are looking into it), ther residents of the Tidetouched Lagoon have organized a Treasure Hunt for new visitors!

Event details will be up later in the month, but it will be a discord team oriented event, which has puzzles and features that will incorporate both DA and the site. Mlab here will be our guide!

Tidetouched in May!?

For several reasons, we have decided that May would be a better month to feature the Tidetouched, because MERMAY! How this did not occur to orva before is a grand mystery and a missed opportunity.

This month, our adopt sale will be all Tidetouched. However, our Tidetouched MYO sale will still be in June for the people who have planned/saved for June, just so everything is fair. All future Tidetouched sales (post 2022) will be in May and not June.

There will be a FTO MYO sale this month, from May 7-8. A large Tidetouched MYO sale will occur in June instead of May, for this year only.

The Spring box, despite being the same item, has some of its contents updated! Be on the lookout across the site for 3 spring boxes this month.

There will be a Tidetouched event, to be held in June. It will be a discord event, similar to the Torrentverse, where users will have to work together to help out a chosen Guardian... more details to come! Every future Tidetouched event after 2022 will be held in May.

We have also gathered a good amount of questions for Toro and the family, and will be releasing a “meet the family” page on May 15, so keep an eye out for that! The page will contain a Q&A section and a lot of background info and lore about each individual, and maybe even a very cute little surprise for those of you keen enough to remember the foreshadowing....

We have a new monthly prompt(s) system! Every month, there will be a number of new prompts with various reward possibilites. You can see them all in the prompts page! Since there are a lot, we recommend you sort by category or by newest.

With this new system, we want to remind users who may feel overwhelmed that none of these event prompts are mandatory! They are there for possible character development and fun. A lot of them will be cycled every few months, and you will always be able to receive the same rewards in the future. More than anything, we want you to view these prompts as a more casual thing, something to do for fun rather than a chore!

The main prompt will be the April 2022 Monthly prompt.

Monthly prompt rewards have been updated. Rather than just receiving a single leaf or pebble, you now have a chance to receive a number of extra items, some as rare as MYO tickets!

Spring is here! Keep a look out on new gift boxes and items! They will be scattered around the site. The April Fools box hunt will be available until April 3rd, whereas the spring box hunt will be available until the end of April.

We also are very aware that easter is just around the corner, so keep your eye out for some more fun events!

Pets can now be sellable! If you get too many, or a double you don't want, you can now resell them.

Plants can be resold for 1 leaf, Rocks can be resold for 1 pebble, and slabsters can be absorbed for 1 bond essence.

Some items, especially rarer ones, can be resold for synthetic potions!

Ahhh Happy easter holidays everyone (and just a long weekend to those who don't celebrate). As per custom, we are holding several hunt events.

We have 2 hunts going on!

❥ DEVIANTART EGG HUNT: Orva has hidden 6 easter eggs in Guide and Seek related deviations. If you fidn them all, screenshot and submit under Easter Egg Hunt prompt (sort by newest to find it faster).

❥ EASTER BOX HUNT: There are 5 hidden easter boxes on the site! Find and collect them all for gacha goodness <3 Some are hidden in tricky places, so be sure to check every nook and cranny! User characters will not be touched.

❥ ON April 17, we will be holding an overgrown Pobble and Pebbling raffle! Whether we hold it here, discord or deviantart is yet to be determined, but there will be an announcement on discord + time to enter! To enter, you must own at least 1 Easter Raffle ticket, obtainable via on site events. 

The evil Flabking has opened up a shop. They are demanding eggs. Maybe you can find some things you need there? Be careful not to get scammed!

The shop will only be open from now until April 19, 11:59pm PST! Get the items while you can!!

Welcome everyone, to the the new GnS website!

For the rest of the year, we will be opening limited time registrations every month or so until we feel it is at a good place to open permanently.

As the first group of people to register on the site, you will be acting like beta testers. Please do fill out a bug report if you find any issues, and we will get working on fixing them as soon as possible!

As we slowly move from deviantart to this site, there will be some minor changes to some GnS features!

❥ BLESSED TEMPLE: This is one of the biggest changes. The Blessed Temple is a place where users can use Bond Essence to purchase Cervabloom MYO tickets as well as Baraboa levelling trinkets. This will replace the Cervabloom Summoning Temple as well as the Baraboa levelling system. Baraboa can no longer be levelled the original way, as it became very difficult to manage. Instead you will need to purchase a Baraboa Trinket to turn a baby into an adult, and a Blessed or Cursed Trinket to give Baraboa the blessed or cursed effect. Babies can now be blessed or cursed without having to be an adult first.

❥ BOND ESSENCE: As stated above, Bond Essence is a new currency with multiple uses. They can be earned from completing permanent Bonding Prompt submissions, critter prompt submissions, and special/random events or mini events. You can access prompts in the Prompt page! Any new prompts will be announced in news! Bond essence will replace Bond levels. Don't worry though, all your old bond levels have been converted into Bond essence already. Bond essence can be held in both character and user inventories. Same with Baraboa levels, if you have previous levels already, it has been converted all into Bond essence, just check your character inventories for them!

❥ TAFF'S TAVERN AND PETS: Do you like collecting critters? How about cool plants and rocks? Guides and Seekers certainly do! On this site we have 3 categories of collectible "pets" - plants, rocks, and slabsters! New critters will be created regularly, and some can be bought in Taff's Tavern. Be aware that Taff's items always change, and stock is limited! Other ways to obtain pets will be through prompts and special events! You can transfer any pet you collect to a specific character of your choice, and even name them.

❥ ADOPT SALES AND EVENTS: Due to certain features on the site, special prompts and events will be easier to organize! Keep an eye out on the News page for anything new! If you miss a limited event or prompt, don't worry, as there will always be more opportunities. Bigger events will still be held on discord or DA! It will take a while to fully migrate from DA to the site, so for now adopt batches and MYO slots will still be sold on that platform.

A new site with a lot of links and words can be quite intimidating to learn and navigate, so feel free to take some time to check out everything! Here are a few places where we recommend you start:

❥ PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM: For returning users! Please take a look at your inventory and fill out claims for all the items you have currently. At the end of the registration period, our mods will update everyone's inventory, whether you file a claim or not. However, it would help us greatly if you could do so!

Character Masterlist | MYO Ticket Masterlist

Current Prompts (Make sure you take some time to complete them, as they do give unique rewards!)

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful week!

Come this Sunday, we will be opening the site to registrations again, hopefully permanently, so we can start to move away from using DA as the masterlist and inventory tracker.

❥ Character Inventory Issue has been resolved! You can now remove and transfer items to and from your character inventories. Do so be heading to your character inventory and simply selecting the item, there should eb an option to transfer the item.

❥Naming Pets. Pets can now be named again, woohoo! To name a pet, simply select it in your inventory, and fill out the "name item". Note that you can only name a pet when it's been assigned to a character.

❥Trade confirmation and cancellation. Trades can now be confirmed and cancelled without error.

+ Minor issues, like spelling mistakes and removing some footer links that led to nowhere!

We are still working on the other bugs and we thank you for the patience!

❥ Taff's Tavern and Stuff, Don Rocko's Emporium: Shop stock has been rotated, and rotate on weekends ona  weekly basis, so keep an eye out for these! New prompts are also coming up, so make sure you check the prompts page regularly. Thank you!

❥ Design Updates are unavailable currently due to a bug! However, admin can manually update your design, so for now if you are in need of one, please dm a mod on discord or fill out a Report <3

❥ Character Inventory Issue. Once sending a character an item, you will not be able to move or edit the item, so please be aware of this when doing so! However it is possibly a bug that can be remedied, we are working on it! So for now if you are unsure, do not send your characters any pets.

❥ Mimic Dumpling Bug. The Mimic Dumpling cannot be opened, again we are trying to fix it! However, luckily admins can manually grant you what you want, so if you own a mimic dumpling and want to use it, please dm a mod on discord or fill out a report, and we will manually exchange your mimic dumpling for a dumpling of your choice.

❥ Character Image Mistake. In the Beginner's Guide, I mistakenly wrote that you can add images (not gallery images) to your characters. This is a mistake, as it is admin only. Adding new images and setting them to active is tied to design updates, so if you want to update your ref/main image please contact a mod through discord or report, we can manually update it for you!
